P family

This is another family I had the pleasure of spending some time with last fall for photos. We're friends with this family so spend time together aside from photos as well, double bonus :) It's fun to watch their family grow older every year through photos. This was last year's photo of all of them. So sweet! and they *have* grown! (slow down) ;)

 

 

 

Thanks again for having me over! We might need to make a few exceptions for this fall so we can get more family photos done for them.  :)

L family

I'm quite sad that I'm cutting back on October photos this year, but I can't be disappointed because we'll be welcoming a new baby to our family some time in October. These photos were taken October 2011 when everything was crisp and sharp and all the leaves were so nice. I'll miss that this year but maybe we'll do some newborn ones to make up for it.

Despite a few 'blinkers' in this family, we did pretty well and got some good ones for them. Another fun crew to work with for sure!

 

M family

There has to be something I'm behind on in life... or lots... my recent procrastination, or avoidance maybe is a better word, has been my photography blog. So sorry to those who have visited here hoping for something new. I *have* been updating my facebook photography page quite regularly so I'm not keeping you in complete darkness...sorta!

little Miss K & family

Earlier this week I got to spend some time with this beautiful family. I was fortunate to photograph little Miss K when her mom was pregnant with her and her newborn photos. She is so adorable!

Little Miss K was a great sport while I practiced with my new backdrop stand and clips... even on day 2 of seeing me! I think we may be friends now :)

large M family

Back in December, this entire family was together for Christmas and wanted photos taken while they were all there. This was quite the group, and I laughed the entire time I was with them. Never a dull moment... I saw first hand! My cheeks literally hurt when I left.

They did a great job disguising if they were shy in front of the camera because everyone looked very nice. Here are just a few from that night... we had lots!

H family

This is another session done on one of those last beautiful weekends back in October. I feel like I'm repeating myself but as I sit here looking out the window into the cold and snow-covered ground, I can't help but think of how great that October weather was... anyway, this is a great family we are lucky enough to be good friends with. In fact, Mr Man A and our Miss Drew share birthdays. He's about 12 hours older than she :)

I'm always slightly worried when photographing kids because you just never know. These guys did great and I think we got some good ones. Thanks again H family!
